Refund & Exchange Policy | Somnea Clothing

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you make it right—no drama, no runaround.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging;

  • With all tags still attached;

  • In the same condition you received it.

Note: We do not accept returns for items marked "Final Sale," packages still in transit, products showing wear/odor, or items sent back without prior authorization.

Domestic Returns (U.S. Only)

  1. Request: Email somneaclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Label: We will provide a prepaid UPS label.

  3. Fees: A $15 processing fee (covers the label and handling) will be deducted from your final refund.

  4. Timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days of receiving your return.

International Returns (Outside U.S.)

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our U.S. return address.

  • After inspection, we refund the product amount minus a $15 restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchange Policy

Domestic (U.S.):

  • We provide a prepaid UPS label for your original item.

  • Once received, we ship your replacement free of charge.

  • A $15 processing fee applies to cover the return label and handling.

International:

  • Customers cover the return shipping to our U.S. address.

  • An international reshipping fee applies:

    • 1–3 pcs: $17 | 4–6 pcs: $27 | 7–9 pcs: $37

  • Option: You may choose to keep your original item and simply pay the exchange fee to have a new size/color shipped directly from our factory.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email somneaclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items;

  • Gift cards;

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout.
